Today and tomorrow may just be the best two days of the entire year. There is non stop constant action and the excitement of watching two schools that you could care less about play hoops is unbelievable. It's a time for David vs. Goliath, Good vs. Evil. And obviously its a time for gambling. I do not have the numbers, but I would guess that most Americans participate in an NCAA Tournament Pool of some sort. Americans bet nearly 3 billion dollars a year on office pools. That number does not even include what is put down in Vegas. That is simply office pools or pools run by regular everyday people. This is what makes this tournament so fun. It gets everyone involved. How many times have you been in a pool and had a girl win that probably never watched a game all year? I have seen it countless times in pools I have been in and that's why I'm predicting my wife will win the CSSC pool this year. What is not to love about this tournament? Even in a year when NCAA hoops is down there is absolutely no way this tournament won't be great. With Gus Johnson screaming his face off, Bill Raftery losing his shit on the reg, and Charles Barkley now doing coverage for the tournament, it will be great. After watching the selection show, Sir Charles doesn't even know any players from the teams but he will still be awesome anyways. To conclude, everyone enjoy today and tomorrow and the rest of the tournament. It doesn't get any better than this.
