So that was quite a comback against the Mexicutioner. It definitely did not help my fantasy team as I saw my team ERA sky rocket after his horrendous outing. Carlos Quentin is playing out of his mind this year. I mean absolutely out of his mind. Mark Buehrle did not have a very good outing whatsoever, but got bailed out by his team's great comeback. Even more remarkable was that the rally was all after two outs. The Sox bullpen did a good job holding the Royals down offensively after Buehrle left the game. Congrats on a nice win.
The Sox open up against the Rays today with Edwin Jackson on the hill. The Rays have been awful this year. Longoria is out. I look for the Sox to take 3 out of 4 this weekend against the Rays. David Price on the mound today so this could be the one they lose, but I still like them to win the series.
Randy Wells and Cashner on the DL. Not good, especially when Ryan Dempster continues to get rocked. He needs to figure it out and figure it out fast. To start 0-2 with an ERA over 7 against the Pirates and Diamondbacks who stink is not good. The Cubs have gotten 4 great starts and 2 horrible starts. Those 2 starts belong to Dump. He better figure it out fast otherwise this team does not stand a chance this year. This team will struggle with Cashner and Wells out. Just bad bad bad.
